Dr Jerry Aende is a clean-energy engineer and strategist with experience across research, industrial operations, and executive leadership. He provides strategic and technical leadership across waste-to-energy, renewable energy integration, desalination, and wastewater treatment systems, supporting the development of low-carbon infrastructure solutions that promote resource efficiency, circularity, and environmental sustainability.

He holds a PhD in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Leeds, where his research advanced solar-thermal and nanotechnology-enabled approaches to energy-efficient desalination and water treatment.

He previously held senior roles across engineering, downstream oil and gas, and business development, leading technical and commercial teams, expanding markets, and building partnerships across regions. His career spans commodity facilitation, specialty chemicals, and clean energy ventures across Europe, North America, and West Africa.

A graduate of Washington & Lee University, Dries began his career in commercial banking before expanding and successfully divesting his family's import and distribution business, later founding a specialty chemicals distribution company that evolved into a trusted partner in energy commodities and renewable transitions.

He leads strategic development and innovation initiatives, supporting partnerships, market development, and the commercial advancement of sustainable infrastructure and energy opportunities.

Erik Westerberg is a seasoned international business leader and engineer with over 30 years of global experience across clean energy, waste-to-energy, industrial operations, and strategic project development, including senior roles with several major international industrial organisations.

He supports the development of clean energy and waste-to-energy opportunities across Africa, Europe, and other international markets. His expertise spans project development, P&L management, operational leadership, turnaround execution, and renewable system integration.

His experience in technical, commercial, and cross-cultural leadership strengthens the company's ability to develop technically robust and commercially viable project opportunities for public and private sector partners.

Amaan Kidwai is an accomplished supply chain and business planning leader with over 18 years of international experience in demand forecasting, S&OP transformation, and operational optimisation across diverse industries, including leadership roles at several global technology and retail organisations.

He holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and Business Strategy from the University of Salford, Manchester, and has led global planning teams across multiple markets, driving the adoption of AI/ML-based analytics, demand sensing, and automation.

He contributes expertise in supply chain strategy, business planning, and operational transformation, strengthening the company's ability to develop scalable and operationally robust solutions.
